 Nicholas T. Leftakes
 Mr. Leftakes is a co-founder of LT Group, LLC. Prior to forming LT Group, LLC,
 Mr. Leftakes was co-founder, Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Cambridge
 Bank. In addition, Mr. Leftakes was a member of the bank's loan committee which
 approved over $230 MM in real estate loans. During Mr. Leftakes's tenure as Chief
 Investment Officer, he was responsible for the bank's securities/investment portfolio,
 which was consistently ranked in the top 5% of all banks in the Chicagoland area based
 on performance. Finally, Mr. Leftakes oversaw Cambridge Bank's sale to Inland Bank in
 2006. The internal rate of return to investors of Cambridge Bank was a very impressive
 21%. Prior to and concurrently with his value creation at Cambridge Bank, Mr. Leftakes
 completed a 20-year proprietary securities trading career that included a Senior Vice
 President position at ABN Amro and Vice President positions with First Chicago and The
 Chicago Corporation. Mr. Leftakes is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his B.A.
 in Accounting from Michigan State University and his M.B.A. in Finance from the
 University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

 George C. Touras
 Mr. Touras is a co-founder of LT Group, LLC. Prior to forming LT Group, LLC, Mr. Touras
 spent over 22 years working in various legal and non-legal capacities for entities owned
 and controlled by Chicago-based Billionaire entrepreneur Sam Zell. Most recently, in
 2006, Mr. Touras was Chief Operating Officer of Privileged Access, L.P., an operator of
 RV membership campgrounds located throughout the United States. Privileged Access
 was affiliated with Equity Lifestyle Properties, Mr. Zell's publicly traded REIT which owns
 and operates manufactured home communities throughout the United States. Immediately
 prior to that time, since 1997, Mr. Touras was directly responsible for the financial
 performance of Mr. Zell's privately held real estate portfolio in his capacity as Executive
 Vice President of Mr. Zell's Equity Properties and Development, LLC. Mr. Zell's portfolio
 encompassed primarily multi-family, retail and office properties. The portfolio was valued
 at over $1.5 BB and had net operating income in excess of $100 MM. Mr. Touras is a
 licensed Attorney in Illinois. He received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School
 and his B.A. in Accounting from North Park University.
