ACQUISITION CRITERIA  We believe that current real estate market conditions have created and will continue to  create attractive opportunities in the multi-family sector in and around various major  metropolitan areas in the Midwest region of the United States. Specifically, we seek out:   - Properties in very good locations that are no longer competitive due to poor     management, maintenance or obsolescence.   - Properties in need of stabilization, repositioning or redevelopment.   - Properties that are under-performing in markets where value can be added through     superior property management.   - Properties that are currently over-leveraged and the current owner is in a precarious     financial condition.
